Payment via Paypal only. Pricing is in Australian dollars. All payments are processed securely using 128bit SSL encryption and no credit card details are stored by the site.
Our shop is always open for your purchases!
General business hours are 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time. E-mail and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly. Victorian public holidays are observed.
Orders within South-East Victoria
Local customers can elect to pick up their order for FREE by appointment only.
Customers will be emailed when their order has been packed and is ready for collection.
Orders within Australia
We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post (Regular and Express Post services) and Sendle couriers. Flat rate charges apply to all options.
Customers choose the shipping option they require in the shopping basket.
We aim to ship all orders by the next business day.
Australian residents should allow between 1-3 business days to receive their order if the express/courier option is chosen (conditions apply) and 5-7 business days if regular post is selected. All other express/courier orders will be dispatched via Sendle Post service.
Please note: For exceptionally large or heavy items (eg. furniture, > 2 bags of Rockin’ Green detergent), additional shipping charges will apply. You will be contacted after order placement with details of these charges. If you would like a quote prior to placing your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
International orders are shipped using registered Air Mail. Flat rate charges apply.
If your purchase is a gift, we can add a personalised gift tag to any order (just note your message in your shopping basket comments). We also offer a gift wrapping service for a flat rate of $4.95. Items are wrapped in environmentally-friendly brown paper with electric lime paper raffia ribbon.
